TV Antenna with booster. Tinted Windows. Refrigerator/Freezer, electric/propane. 2 20LB propane tanks. Outside water spicket. Combination microwave/convection oven and two burner stovetop. Corian Counter Tops. Stainless Steel Kitchen Sink. Solid Oak Cabinets with Star Handles. Lots of storage cabinets, drawers, and a closet. A/C with heat strip (only used once since installed a couple years ago)and Propane Furnace. Awning with Aluminum storage protecter cover. Separate Toilet and Shower with upgraded Shower Head. Water Pump. Walk through door from LQ to horse area. Queen Size Bed. Radio/CD Player with inside and outside speakers. Plug in outlets on outside of trailer. Horses ride in comfort with WERM Flooring, no heavy Matt’s to move to clean (hardly used, still shinny). Removable 2 Saddle Rack, blanket bars, brush tray, several bridal hooks, corner feeders for horses. 2 Roof vents. Recently Sealed roof, windows, etc. Brakes are at about 75% left. Tires are not dry rotted or cracked with plenty of tread. Chrome Wheel Stimulators. 6' 10" wide, 7' tall, 19' on the floor. Empty weight appx. 6,800lbs. My 16 hh Tennessee Walker fits just fine in this trailer. Clean Title in hand.
